PC / Console Games	It did affect mine, but all I used it for over the last couple of days was watching blu-rays anyway. And actually, it did handle a leap year already (2008 I believe), but this was the first even non-leap year that it had to go through. That's actually what broke it. I guess they were thinking they would have a high failure rate and that no old fat PS3's would still be in use in 2010 or something. Either that or a programmer got lazy and no one went back to check if it was Y2k10 compliant.

What I'm more upset about is the fact that I waited until the Sony price drop so that 4 months later they would come out with the slimmer model with more HDD space and better features for the same price and didn't offer us 40/60/80gb owners any cheap upgrade options. At least when Xbox changed up their stuff they offered me an HDD upgrade for $20.00 another reason I have slowly been liking my xbox more than my PS3 lately.
