If you can stay home ... it's bad. We have been stranded at Stat's grandparents house since last night. There is litterally a foot and a half of snow on the ground (comes up to my shin walking through the yard.) The ice on the road is solid. We tried driving home last night and had to turn around and come back because too many cars were stuck up ahead. Remember if you start to slide or go too fast, don't hit the break and avoid complete stops. You want to gradually slow down and try to ease your way toward the side of the road for traction. Gas makes your tires slip, breaks make them skid, just let your motor slow you down and lightly ease the break. Above all, don't panic. Everyone be safe out there.

Squad Leader Posts: 502 Group: Members Member #6 Joined: May 11, 2008 What is your favorite type of game? Pen / Paper RPG	Dude driving home from work at 5:30 this morning was very interesting. I was skidding all over the place. A drive that usually takes me 3 min took almost 20. It was intense.

Pen / Paper RPG	At one point we actually ended up in a ditch, but it was a slow controlled skid. We were avoiding hitting the idiot that decided to slam on his breaks up ahead. Once that was over with we were able to slowly get back onto the road.
