Guess who else just had their terms accepted on a house... We too will be closing on the 30th of this month. Have to start packing and getting ready now. Yay for us. |

Yes we take possesion as soon as I sign the closing paperwork. I'll be moving most of our stuff the same day as well. We actually don't have venry much int he way of heavy things - so you guys are all off the hook on helping us move... lol. There's allot of our stuff that isn't going with us. BTW - there will be allot of things we are selling that we don't need. The house came with brand new appliances including a washer and dryer. So I will be posting a list of things we are getting rid of. |

Hey guys, the inspection went great. No major issues with the house at all - everything he found we will be dealing with ourselves (were talking 3 light bulbs, and about $21.75 worth of repairs.) All that's left is for the appraiser to approve it and we're ready to roll. Stat took lots of pictures. She might post them up. |

Well, if anyone needs boxes, let Stella and I know. We generate lots of empty boxes at work. Mostly copy paper boxes, but those work well for moving. This offer extends to Dix as well. |

Luckily were shut down for inventory on the 30th and the 1st at work - so I can probably use a box truck. Our big stuff can all fit in one load - Everything else should go in a second load. We shouldn't even have to pack the car down with anything. I see Stat and I getting it done pretty quick - then it's a matter of cleaning the apartment. Hopefully we can get our deposit back! |
